Do I need to pay for the Shopify platform subscription separately?
No, we cover the Shopify platform subscription costs for your first 3 months. It is fully integrated into our package price. You will only pay one flat invoice to us with zero initial platform fees.
What happens if I cancel after Month 1 (Development / Architecture phase)?
You can cancel at any time. The store built during Month 1 is 100% your property and we hand over full ownership. Upon cancellation, we will simply remove our payment card, and you will need to add yours to keep the store active.
Will you upload my entire product catalog during Month 1?
We set up your catalog structure, create collections, and upload a baseline of products (up to 20–30 items) for testing and launch. For massive inventories, we provide bulk CSV import assistance or train your team to add them easily.
Where and how will we communicate during our collaboration?
Wherever it suits you best! We adapt completely to your workflow. We can stay in touch viaInstagram,WhatsApp, email, or Slack. If you prefer face-to-face updates, we can also schedule regular Google Meet or Zoom video calls.
